With a 2:30 marathon PB and a place on the US team for the upcoming World Championships in Daegu, Tera Moody is looking forward to a fantastic future of running... Tony found out why he swallowed a fly, Tom and Martin arrived back from their jollies, and we had the usual mix of winners, losers, and marathon gossip.

Tera Moody qualified for the 2008 US Olympic trials in 152nd place out of 160 athletes… improving her personal best by 12 minutes in the trials themselves she ran a mighty impressive 2:33 to finish 5th, just one second off taking the alternate place for the US Olympic marathon team. Three years later, her PB is now 2:30:53 from the 2010 Chicago Marathon, she’s off to Deagu next month to represent the USA in at the World Championships… and on January the 14th 2012 she’ll once again be on the Olympic trials start line...
