Very pleased to run 14 minutes quicker than my first marathon in April, the organizers and marshals were fantastic. It was also nice to meet the people from Art Of Your Success after the run and buy a few things including a marathon talk buff.

In short:
This was my first marathon. Well organised and well marshalled flat course. Trained with a 3:30 target. Enjoyed the first half going through in 1:44. Hit the wall at mile 20 and readjusted my target and finished the second half in 2:00 for a massive negative split and a sub 3:45 marathon.

Thanks to the organisers for a great event and to the volunteers and supporters for their smiles and encouragement; loved it. I'll be back next year to go under three hours.
