Another brilliant episode. Really helpful advice from Mark Buckingham - loved the idea of a wine bottle massage rather than spending a fortune on physio! Fantastic interview with Kurt Fearnley too - what a lovely man. Thanks Martin and Tom for getting me through yet another long run. :-)

Totally agree re Kurt Fearnley - what a top bloke!
Some of the best interviews have been with "less we this well known" runners e.g. Tricia Bunn and Chris Fulcher. How about an interview with Jim Murray after his recent 4 marathon wins in 4 days?

What a good idea with video of the week! Totally agree on the meditative qualities of the middle section, it seems my brain is much better able to process ideas if i 'drop' problems into it during a run.

  4. I'll be honest; I did think the Adidas interview was a little uncomfortable listening but I do understand the necessity for promotion so that the podcast remains free and as excellent as ever. Not a complaint, just a comment!
The interview with Kurt Fearnley was inspirational and motivating, and the physio's advice was very helpful indeed. Keep up the good work Tom and Martin.

    Martin Yelling Says:

Thanks Stuart. Yes, getting the balance right is hard sometimes. We do want to talk about the product but don't want it to come across wrong.

    Adam Kinsley Says:

Agree with Stuart but credit to you Martin for asking him if the shoe would work for your style (when obviously it won't). Otherwise it would sound like this was the best thing since man invented fire.
